Films are not just a medium of Expression but a pedestal with a potential to bring about tremendous change and impact the societal issues. Nakul Dev's inclination towards working for the betterment of society and the environment led him to get involved in many social projects as well, besides creating Films on Social and Environmental issues. He has also done quite a few developmental films for different organizations like WWF, UNEP, UNDP, ADB. He strongly believes in giving back to Society.
In the same context, he has established PATRIOTIC INDIA FOUNDATION, which is a Community Organization.
The Foundation has taken up projects related to Environmental, Women Empowerment, Health, Micro-Entrepreneurship, Rural Development, Nation Building, Education, and Free Sapling Distribution. The Foundation also conducts Social Awareness Programs on regular basis.
Patriotic India Foundation aims to encourage Patriotism of Youth towards the Country and join hands in supporting the country’s developmental activities, with intent of building the Nation that has minimal internal conflicts and is peaceful.
Nakul has also worked with the Haryana State AIDS Cell and NACO.
